This recipe makes approximately 20 cupcake sized chocolate crispies.
Ingredients
50g butter
4 tablespoons golden syrup (84 grams if 1 tablespoon is 21g)
50g chocolate drinking powder
Cornflakes
Cooking
Melt the butter and syrup in a pan until just bubbling. Remove from heat.
Add the chocolate drinking powder and stir until there are no lumps.
Pour in the cornflakes - don't measure, just keep adding until it's mixed well and all flakes are covered.
Spoon in to cupcakes.
Refrigerate until set.
